Jieliang (Rodger) Luo is an AI researcher and media artist working at the intersection of reinforcement learning, generative AI, and creative practice.

He is the founder of Minus AI, a Singapore-based company building AI tools for creatives. Previously, he spent four years as a Sr. Principal AI Research Scientist at Autodesk Research in San Francisco, leading interdisciplinary work across media and entertainment, construction automation, and architectural design.
